Business Development Manager Chinese Nationality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate is a Chinese national with fluency in Mandarin and English and a proven track record in acquiring and managing clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and throughout the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, investors, and partners.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors and provide intelligence to management.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project delivery.

Required profile

• Chinese nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to work independently or within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
