Business Development Manager - Cyber Security

About the role

Ingram Micro Gulf is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its Cyber Security portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding vendor sales, strengthening partner relationships, and driving market share across all tiers of the sales channel.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Lead joint partner planning processes, defining mutual performance goals, financial targets and milestones.
• Promote adoption of Ingram Micro programs and initiatives among partners.
• Maintain existing business relationships, reactivate inactive accounts and generate new opportunities.
• Monitor project bids and ensure Ingram Micro’s involvement where appropriate.

Required profile

• Graduated with 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Technical background preferred.
• Strong customer‑first mentality with the ability to leverage relationships to drive results.
