Business Development Manager – FX Trading (Dubai/Asia)

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Business Development Manager and Brand Ambassador to lead the launch of an innovative FX trading exchange targeting the Asian market. Based in Dubai with hybrid/remote flexibility and occasional travel across Asia, you will be the public face of the brand and drive market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and media appearances to build brand awareness.
• Identify and engage potential partners, institutional clients and high‑net‑worth individuals across Asian markets.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate user acquisition and trading volume.
• Collaborate with product, compliance and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Travel regularly throughout Asia, including Thailand and other key regional hubs, to nurture relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record in sales, business development or networking within financial services, real estate, wealth management or related sectors.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident, professional and highly charismatic with a public‑facing demeanor.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Asia.
