Business Development Manager – Interior Design

About the role

ELE Interior Design is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and revenue growth across the UAE interior design market. The role focuses on securing high‑value projects in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B and luxury villa sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and win new interior design projects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Identify, pursue and convert qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of active opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective clients and decision‑makers.
• Negotiate project fees, payment terms, scope of work and contract agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and revenue forecasts to ensure targets are met.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with proven experience in the UAE interior design and fit‑out industry.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and a track record of acquiring large‑scale interior design projects.
• Established network of contacts within the UAE market.
• Commercially focused, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
