Business Development Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, venture‑backed fintech leader specializing in payment technology. The Business Development Manager will drive expansion across the UAE, focusing on hospitality and F&B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality and F&B prospects through referrals, field visits, and outbound outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing with senior decision‑makers and restaurant groups.
• Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client launches and high adoption rates.
• Use CRM tools to track performance, update the pipeline, and analyse sales data.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to refine commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development background within the UAE market.
• 5+ years in a B2B environment and at least 3 years operating in the UAE.
• Direct experience selling payments or fintech solutions, or a strong network of hospitality groups, restaurant owners, and operators.
• Track record of managing end‑to‑end sales pipelines and meeting growth targets.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage (not required).

What we offer

• Fixed salary of AED 18,000 – 23,000 per month (dependent on experience).
• Uncapped variable component that can add AED 10,000 – 20,000 per month based on performance.
• Location options: Dubai onsite or Abu Dhabi hybrid (1–2 days per week in Dubai).
