Business Development Manager

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its Marine Services division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the company’s maritime logistics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term strategic plans, performance reports and KPIs for Marine Services.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and financial analysis to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities, including potential customers, service expansions and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with expected contract values, award probabilities and conversion actions.
• Support negotiation, contract administration, tendering processes and client contract matters.
• Provide expertise on business planning, cost analysis, capital investment analysis and commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (approximately 120 months).
• Proven track record in business development, commercial evaluation and maritime or energy logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
