Business Development Manager

About the role

Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand its client base and drive sustainable revenue growth in the technology sector. You will design and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and support the company’s mission of delivering trustworthy technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Research new markets and identify customer needs to create detailed business plans.
• Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients, promoting the company’s products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide after‑sales support and feedback, and mentor entry‑level sales staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record and ability to meet quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
