Business Development Manager

About the role

BE WTR is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead its expansion across the UAE and GCC. The role combines strategic market growth, partnership building and financial stewardship for a premium, sustainable water brand.

Key responsibilities

• Shape market expansion by designing and executing growth initiatives that position BE WTR as the leading sustainable water provider in hospitality.
• Build lasting alliances with prestigious hotel groups, premium dining establishments and key distributors.
• Develop new market segments and integrate BE WTR into customers’ sustainability narratives.
• Oversee P&L for the GCC region, managing budgets, forecasts and revenue targets.
• Lead high‑stakes negotiations and secure contracts that reflect the brand’s standards of excellence.
• Utilise market insights and analytics to refine strategies and track performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales leadership experience in the UAE/GCC FMCG or hospitality sectors.
• Extensive network and deep expertise within the regional hospitality market.
• Proven track record of driving growth, managing key accounts and creating strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets and financial planning.
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to close high‑value deals.
• Alignment with BE WTR’s sustainability mission and values.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms for data‑driven analysis and reporting.
