Business Development Manager – Luxury & Exclusive Brands (Ecommerce Fulfilment)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our ecommerce fulfilment client base, focusing on luxury and exclusive brands. You will be responsible for attracting premium ecommerce brands and ensuring they receive a white‑glove fulfilment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign luxury/premium ecommerce brands as fulfilment clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with brand owners, ecommerce managers and decision‑makers in the luxury retail sector.
• Present and customise fulfilment proposals (storage, pick‑pack, white‑glove handling) to meet premium brand standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service level agreements while protecting company margins.
• Represent the company at luxury retail, fashion and ecommerce industry events.
• Manage post‑onboarding client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with the Fulfilment Manager to ensure operational delivery meets luxury service expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience onboarding or managing luxury/exclusive/premium brands, preferably in ecommerce, retail, logistics or fulfilment.
• Strong network of contacts in the luxury/fashion/premium retail space in the UAE.
• Track record of closing B2B deals and achieving new‑business targets.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of luxury brand service standards (packaging, handling, discretion, turnaround).
• UAE experience required, with 2–5 years of relevant business development experience.
• Fluent English; Hindi and Arabic are a plus.
