Business Development Manager – Rehabilitation Hospital

Ahalia Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join its Rehabilitation Hospital team in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding referral networks, building partnerships, and driving growth of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Rehabilitation Hospital
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, corporates, and other key stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities
• Support patient referral growth and strengthen the hospital's market presence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve organizational objectives

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development role in the UAE
• Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
• Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, healthcare services, or related sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of business development, referral networks, and healthcare partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Strong market knowledge and a results‑oriented approach
