Business Development Representative (Fintech) – Dubai

About the role

SimCorp is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new‑business opportunities in the Middle‑East and Africa (MEA) fintech market. Reporting to the Managing Director for MEA, the BDR works closely with sales, pre‑sales and marketing teams to generate and qualify leads for prestigious financial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outreach via phone, email and social media to engage target personas and convey SimCorp’s value proposition.
• Screen, qualify and nurture inbound marketing leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Support account‑based marketing initiatives by building intelligence, sharing targeted content and developing relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor government and public‑sector tender announcements and identify relevant opportunities.
• Coordinate invitations to SimCorp promotional events and maintain prospect pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified opportunities.
