Business Head – Automotive Retail & Aftermarket

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven senior leader to head and expand a high‑potential automotive retail and aftermarket business in Dubai. The role reports directly to senior management and is responsible for overall P&L, strategy, and growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, budgeting, strategy and overall business performance.
• Drive growth across retail, B2B, e‑commerce, distribution and export.
• Lead retail expansion and develop new revenue streams such as car care and automotive accessories.
• Build strategic relationships with dealerships, fleets, suppliers and partners.
• Strengthen SOPs, KPIs, supply‑chain efficiency and operational processes.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing management team.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in automotive/aftermarket, retail, distribution or related fields.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or P&L responsibility role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong exposure to B2B, retail and multi‑channel operations.
• Commercially strong, entrepreneurial and execution‑focused.
• Experience in the UAE automotive market is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
