Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Sarsan Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Business Setup Advisor to join its Dubai office. You will work directly with entrepreneurs, startups and established firms, guiding them through the entire company formation and licensing process in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation, business registration and license acquisition.
• Prepare, review and submit required documentation for PRO services, renewals and trademark registration.
• Analyse client needs and design tailored business‑setup solutions.
• Provide up‑to‑date advice on UAE laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate client situations and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, preferably within UAE business‑setup services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of finance and budgeting concepts.
• Current knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar advisory role.
