Business Setup Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Setup Consultant with deep knowledge of the UAE market to advise entrepreneurs, investors and corporates on the optimal jurisdiction, structure and licensing for their ventures. The role combines strategic advisory with end‑to‑end company formation management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients entering the UAE, recommending Mainland, Freezone or DIFC jurisdictions.
• Map client business activities to the correct licensing authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement DIFC holding structures, family offices and cross‑border arrangements.
• Coordinate the full company formation lifecycle with internal PRO, compliance, banking and tax teams.
• Support clients in corporate bank account opening and KYC/AML readiness.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and upsell complementary services such as accounting, tax and audit.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland, Freezone and DIFC licensing regimes.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors.
• Understanding of UAE corporate tax, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
