Business Support Specialist (UAE National)

Key responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support and assistance to the Department Head on a wide range of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Compile management information and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track client‑related documents across departments to meet service level agreements and turnaround times.
• Manage departmental correspondence, memos, and official documentation.
• Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of departmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
