Butler Services Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Butler Services Manager to lead its exclusive Butler Services team. This senior position will ensure that VIP guests receive flawless, personalized experiences throughout their stay at the upcoming luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Butler Services team to deliver world‑class service.
• Oversee daily villa operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and in‑villa experiences.
• Ensure all guest requests and special requirements are met promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain villa presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations for the villa team.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service logs, and operational reports.
• Support inventory management and ordering of amenities and supplies.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards at all times.
• Coordinate with Doorperson, Front Office, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) experience in luxury hospitality, villa management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
