Buying Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Buying Coordinator to oversee supplier‑side and purchasing activities for our travel‑retail portfolio. The role will manage the full commercial lifecycle of brands and products, from agreements and pricing through forecasting, ordering and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tracker of supplier and distribution agreements, monitoring key terms, renewal and expiry dates.
• Prepare summary trackers of commercial terms such as territories, channels, margins and payment conditions.
• Coordinate agreement renewals and amendments with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support onboarding of new brands, products and SKUs, ensuring accurate master data in the ERP system.
• Enter and update vendor and product master data, and calculate initial pricing, logistics costs and margins for commercial review.
• Maintain up‑to‑date price lists, cost changes and commercial conditions in both digital and physical files.
• Track SKU‑level sales, stock‑on‑hand and listing performance to inform reorder decisions.
• Develop and maintain a listing matrix showing brand and SKU presence across customers and markets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple commercial contracts.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor sales, inventory and pricing data.
• Proactive communication with suppliers and internal commercial, sales, finance and operations teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for master data management.
