About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers from diverse cultures.
• Maintain safety, security, and emergency procedures during all flight phases.
• Manage aircraft services, cabin cleanliness, and in‑flight amenities.
• Communicate clearly with the flight deck and ground teams.
• Represent Emirates’ brand values of professionalism, empathy, and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Eligibility to meet UAE employment‑visa requirements.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, ability to handle demanding schedules, and cultural awareness.
