Cake Decorator

About the role

Join our fun and festive team to create memorable cake experiences for customers. You will manage the entire cake decorating process, from order receipt to timely pick‑up, ensuring every design meets our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Decorate cakes to customer specifications, following design themes and company standards.
• Use icing bags, handmade paper cones, airbrush guns, modeling tools, and mixers to create intricate designs.
• Assemble and prepare soft‑serve and ready‑to‑decorate cakes, applying icing, gel, edible images, and lettering.
• Maintain inventory of decorated cakes, ensuring backup stock for holidays and peak periods.
• Keep display freezers fully stocked with an attractive variety of cakes.
• Conduct sampling and actively promote products to customers.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards and report any issues to the supervisor.

Required skills

• Proficient with icing bags and handmade paper cones for detailed decoration.
• Skilled in operating airbrush guns, modeling tools, and mixers.
• Able to safely operate Cold Stone cake and soft‑serve equipment.
