Call Center Agent

About the role

We are hiring a Call Center Agent. If you enjoy communicating with customers, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service, this role offers the chance to strengthen customer satisfaction and support the overall after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and after‑sales support.
• Provide end‑to‑end assistance by understanding customer concerns and ensuring appropriate resolution.
• Answer incoming calls, collect and verify customer information, and maintain accurate records.
• Assess customer requirements and determine the appropriate action based on established procedures.
• Professionally manage dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and escalating when necessary.
• Follow up on complaints with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls for feedback, campaigns, follow‑ups, and other business needs.
• Support departmental and organizational objectives through excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, contact centre, automotive or similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
