Call Center Representative

About the role

Be You Clinic is seeking a full‑time Call Center Representative to join its Dubai team. The position is on‑site and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing detailed information about the clinic’s aesthetic services and appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place inbound and outbound calls in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and scheduling options.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify client appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Update and maintain client records in the CRM and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Resolve client concerns, redirect calls to appropriate departments, and follow up on open issues.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and clear professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages spoken in Dubai are a plus.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or client‑facing role within an aesthetic or healthcare setting.
