Category Management Client Lead

About the role

dunnhumby is seeking a Category Management Client Lead to work from our Dubai office. You will act as the primary liaison for our retail client, driving the implementation of Customer First strategies and advancing category management initiatives, including price and promotion planning.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the Customer First strategy and ensure alignment with the client’s annual Statement of Work.
• Develop and execute category management plans that optimise pricing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with retailer and manufacturer stakeholders to embed customer insights into category processes.
• Monitor performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and maximise return on investment.
• Lead commercial discussions to sell solutions and services that deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a client‑lead or capability role.
• Proven track record in category management within retail or manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable category strategies.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
