About the role
Assist the CFO in overseeing financial management and controlling functions across the UAE, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor shared services KPIs with focus on “Paid on Time”.
- Manage project cash‑in and cash‑out, forecast cash flow and optimise operating cash flow with Operations.
- Lead working capital and intercompany AR initiatives, reducing DSO.
- Oversee financial activities of UAE entities, including monthly balance‑sheet reviews and audit preparation.
- Implement and maintain internal controls (ICMA, ICQ) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Participate in finance transformation projects, including SAP enhancements and agile tools.
Required profile
- Audit background is mandatory.
- Chartered Accountant or CPA with at least five years of experience (strong plus).
- Expert knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong organisational capabilities, rigor and ability to meet deadlines.
