Charter Sales Representative

About the role

Pavago is seeking a Charter Sales Representative to manage inbound private aviation inquiries, close high‑value charter bookings, and nurture long‑term relationships with premium clients. This remote, full‑time position requires a consultative, relationship‑driven approach, ensuring swift and professional service throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound charter inquiries.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable aircraft solutions.
• Prepare quotes, discuss pricing, handle objections, and close bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, executives, and corporate travelers.
• Deliver a white‑glove client experience via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Handle urgent, time‑sensitive requests with discretion and attention to detail.
• Coordinate aircraft selection, scheduling, pricing, and booking requirements with operations and aviation partners.
• Provide post‑flight follow‑up and participate in rotating on‑call coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotes, bookings, and client activity in a CRM system.
• Track opportunities and ensure clear pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or high‑ticket client‑facing roles.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Ability to work EST hours with rotating on‑call availability.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
