About the role

Join the culinary team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Chef de Partie specializing in butchery. You will work alongside the restaurant chef to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable kitchen operation while delivering the high standards expected of a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily activities within the restaurant kitchen, maintaining smooth workflow and safety.
• Support the development of cuisine concepts and standards, recommending menu changes based on seasonal product availability.
• Follow Minor Hotels food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices, including proper storage, rotation, and dating.
• Manage kitchen assets and facilities, ensuring equipment is well‑maintained.
• Participate in departmental training and mentor team members.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental communication and cooperation.
• Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile
