Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen

About the role

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to lead the Cold Kitchen. You will bring creativity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for gastronomy to ensure high‑quality cold dishes are delivered to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring all guest dining experiences meet the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Manage assigned duties efficiently, adhering to departmental plans and hotel initiatives.
• Control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene regulations and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
