Chemical Sales Manager – Export (EU/LATAM/Africa) – Dubai

About the role

We are hiring experienced chemical sales professionals to originate and close export business in their assigned region. This is a pure sales role: prospecting, negotiating and closing, with full ownership of your accounts from first contact to repeat orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new chemical buyers in your assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract and repeat business.
• Build long‑term relationships with manufacturers, distributors and end users.
• Coordinate with sourcing and logistics teams to deliver on price, lead time and documentation.
• Track market pricing and demand to spot opportunities.
• Meet monthly and annual revenue and margin targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B chemical sales or trading experience with a proven export track record.
• Direct chemical sales experience in the region you are applying for.
• Working knowledge of EU REACH compliance (essential for the EU position, required for all).
• Proven experience handling dangerous goods exports, including IMDG classification, SDS and documentation.
• An existing network of chemical buyers in your target region.
• Fluent business English; Spanish or Portuguese (LATAM) and French (Africa) are strong advantages.
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate.
