Sales Executive – International School Admissions

About the role

Cognita is expanding its centralised Sales Hub in Dubai to support prospective families interested in its Asian schools. As a Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact, guiding families from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment, delivering a premium, personalised experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end journey for prospective families, managing enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Qualify families by understanding relocation plans, educational needs, start dates and decision‑making criteria.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations, spot buying signals, handle objections and maintain a disciplined follow‑up cadence.
• Coordinate with school teams to arrange tours, virtual meetings, assessments and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, use dashboards to track performance and meet KPIs on response times, pipeline progression and enrolments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, account or relationship management with a strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Significant customer‑service experience in a premium, high‑touch environment.
• Ability to work early shifts (4:00‑8:00 am UAE time) to cover Asian operating hours and occasional weekend or travel requirements.
• Self‑starter, proactive, resilient and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• High volume phone handling and strong written communication across email and digital channels.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple families and priorities simultaneously.
