Chief Financial Officer – Financial Domain Expert

About the role

We are looking for a senior Chief Financial Officer with deep expertise in crypto, investment management, ETFs, trading, staking, treasury, and digital asset markets. The role will shape product strategy and financial architecture for our software solutions, ensuring institutional‑grade accuracy and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate financial systems, workflows, and controls for crypto‑related products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, Data and UX teams to translate complex financial concepts into software requirements.
• Design data models, calculation engines, valuation methods, NAV, P&L and risk management processes.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, margin, and collateral management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, ledger, reconciliation, and fund‑operation standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial markets, investment management, asset management, trading, treasury, fintech or banking.
• Senior‑level experience such as CFO, CIO, Finance Director, Head of Investments, Head of Treasury, Head of Trading or equivalent.
• Proven hands‑on knowledge of institutional financial workflows and systems.
• Significant experience with crypto or digital assets.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of crypto & digital asset trading, derivatives, OTC, ETFs, ETPs, and fund accounting.
• Expertise in staking, DeFi, yield products, and treasury & liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of valuation, NAV, P&L, risk, margin and collateral management.
• Ability to convert financial processes into clear software requirements.
