About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects from start to finish. The role demands a strong focus on quality, safety, budget control, and timely delivery within the dynamic UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and schedule.
• Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and supervise site operations.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local safety regulations, and industry quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify issues on site, and implement effective resolutions promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of contracting experience in the UAE construction sector.
