Civil Draftsman – Construction Projects (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our engineering team in Dubai. You will create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for a variety of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related software.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, road profiles, utility networks and structural details.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects and project managers to gather design data and resolve issues.
• Update drawings based on feedback, mark‑ups and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation in line with company standards.
• Conduct site visits when needed to verify measurements and collect data.
• Assist in quantity take‑offs and preparation of Bills of Materials.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, construction processes and local building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and teamwork abilities.
