Civil Engineer – Interior Fit‑out & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead interior fit‑out, renovation and construction projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior fit‑out, renovation and construction projects from execution through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, materials and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review drawings, technical documents and project requirements and ensure proper execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works meet standards, timelines and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site‑related technical issues, delays and coordination challenges.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports and site records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, health and safety requirements and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Support project planning, scheduling and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interiors, fit‑out, renovation or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approved engineer with a valid G+1 license.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Professional, presentable and confident when dealing with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
