Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Sales

About the role

This is a sales‑first, relationship‑driven position focused on converting warm, abandoned‑cart leads into loyal luxury fashion customers. You will act as the personal client advisor for English‑ and Arabic‑speaking shoppers, guiding them through purchases and ongoing fashion updates.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm abandoned‑cart leads daily, build instant rapport in Arabic, answer questions, handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication via WhatsApp, keeping clients engaged and informed about new arrivals, limited drops and personalized recommendations.
• Turn one‑off purchases into repeat business by updating clients on new collections that match their taste.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion and revenue goals, logging all interactions in the CRM and WhatsApp system.
• Represent Luxury For You with warmth, product knowledge and brand consistency on every call and message.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with a warm, natural tone when speaking with women clients.
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets via phone or chat.
• Background in fashion, luxury fashion or beauty retail (boutique, brand or personal shopping).
• Strong personal network among fashion‑loving women in the UAE/GCC.
• Confident on the phone, comfortable making many outbound calls daily.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑ups and experienced using a CRM.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residency (own or transferable visa).
