Client Consulting Director

About the role

Visa is seeking a senior leader to drive consulting engagements across the GCC region. The role will shape strategy, deliver high‑impact projects and expand value‑added services for key financial and merchant clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery of high‑impact consulting projects in the GCC, meeting business targets and solving complex strategic problems.
• Manage client engagements to grow value‑added services and identify new project opportunities.
• Develop and present proposals for new work, collaborating with practice leads to address regional client needs.
• Define consulting strategy for the GCC in alignment with Visa’s VCA Digital and Strategy, Risk and Portfolio leads.
• Support leadership on project economics, utilization, risk management and quality of deliverables.
• Drive knowledge sharing and IP development with global consulting and data‑science teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in financial services consulting, with a mix of consulting and banking background.
• Proven track record in business development, large‑scale change management and project delivery.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Masters, JD, MD) or PhD preferred; Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic highly preferred.
