Client Manager – Dubai Real Estate (Downtown & Business Bay)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Manager to join our secondary team focused on Dubai’s Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Creek and MBR areas. The role involves advising clients on real‑estate investments, generating leads and closing sales in a commission‑only environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients on real estate investments in key Dubai areas such as Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Creek and MBR.
• Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals and market research.
• Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations and facilitate successful sales transactions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers and sellers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team on hot stock or hot buyers to boost productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide insightful advice.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred, though professionals from other sales backgrounds are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong sales‑driven attitude.
• Proactive, confident and motivated to achieve results and represent the company professionally.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and real‑estate software tools.
