About the role

The Client Services Ambassador will support patient care by handling appointment scheduling, registration, insurance, billing and cash processes, ensuring high-quality service for patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.
  • Oversee the medical insurance process and related administrative tasks.
  • Handle billing and cash‑up procedures accurately.
  • Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.

Required profile

  • Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) – essential.
  • 2‑3 years experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare – essential.
  • Tertiary diploma or Bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting – desired.
  • Experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment – desired.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM software applications.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
