Clinic Helper – Onsite Support & Hygiene

About the role

Join our dynamic clinic team in Burjuman as a Clinic Helper. You will play a vital part in keeping the facility clean, safe and welcoming for patients, visitors and staff while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the clinic in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) hygiene standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning toilets and general upkeep of all areas.
• Serve tea and coffee to patients and visitors, acting as a friendly hostess.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist clinical staff with ad‑hoc cleaning and minor support duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic or similar helper role.
• Good understanding of hygiene standards and clinical cleaning processes.
• Ability to carry out thorough cleaning and sanitising duties.
• Basic communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning and hostess tasks throughout the shift.
