Clinic Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and a focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience within a European‑inspired treatment philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance by tracking key operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with management and the medical team to support the launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinic.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service.
• Previous UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup or growing clinic environment and help establish strong operational standards.
