Clinic Sales Representative

About the role

Life Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Clinic Sales Representative to manage patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments and treatments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The role is sales‑focused and requires a strong understanding of the clinic’s services and patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone, social media, website and other marketing channels.
• Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries, understand patient needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Convert inquiries into appointments, consultations and treatment bookings.
• Follow up consistently with leads and previous patients for repeat treatments, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain lead status, notes and follow‑up schedules in the CRM system.
• Coordinate bookings with doctors, therapists, nurses and reception staff.
• Meet monthly sales, appointment and conversion targets and report daily/weekly performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical, aesthetic or healthcare clinic sales environment.
• Proven ability to handle WhatsApp, telephone and online inquiries and convert them into bookings.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Professional, confident and customer‑focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinic setting and quickly learn clinic software.
• UAE healthcare or clinic experience is highly preferred.
