Cluster Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Minor Hotels is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Cluster Reservation Agent to support the Reservations department at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. You will ensure smooth reservation processing, uphold brand standards, and contribute to revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Reservations department in daily operations and meet hotel business goals.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and respond to reservation requests within 24 hours.
• Drive upselling initiatives and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain awareness of selling strategies, rates, packages, group bookings and current booking status.
• Prepare and manage daily trace/follow‑up reports as required.
• Check expected arrivals 1, 3 and 7 days prior and reconfirm bookings.
• Implement office administrative procedures to prevent double‑bookings, non‑guaranteed bookings and filing errors.
• Apply hotel policies for no‑shows, cancellations, credit and pre‑payment.
• Stay updated on room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, and other services.
• Maximise product and service quality, raise guest‑satisfaction issues and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Monitor daily arrivals, fulfil guest requests and ensure reservations are honoured.
• Foster a motivational working environment and collaborate with Sales, Group Sales and Front Desk teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
