Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for two distinctive luxury brands – InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai. The role combines operational hiring with pre‑opening recruitment, ensuring the right talent is secured at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across both properties, from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
• Support high‑volume hiring and pre‑opening recruitment milestones for Kimpton Sevn Dubai.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labour legislation and company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in hotel pre‑opening recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE talent market and employment legislation.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and employer branding.
• Organised, proactive, commercially minded and passionate about people.
