Coaching And Compliance Co-Ordinator

About the role

The Coaching and Compliance Co‑Ordinator will support the development of staff and ensure adherence to operational standards within Interlink HR Consultancy’s aviation clients. Working closely with the Training Officer and Service Delivery Controller, the role aims to deliver high‑quality training, conduct compliance audits and foster a skilled technical workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare training and coaching schedules, develop learning aids and coordinate with training providers and administration.
• Deliver on‑the‑job and classroom training sessions, adapting delivery style to the audience and ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Complete all documentation related to coaching assignments and support training projects, audits, safety briefings and process compliance checks.
• Design compliance audit plans, conduct observations, record findings and provide corrective coaching where needed.
• Produce audit reports that include scope, observations, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Assess staff development, recognise achievements and recommend further actions.
• Identify training gaps through workplace audits and advise the training team on role‑specific course development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience at a supervisory level with an international airline or ground‑handling company.
• At least 4 years experience as a trainer or coach, preferably within the aviation sector.
• Strong understanding of airline operational processes and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
