Collection & Dispute Management Team Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Collection & Dispute Management Team Lead to join its Global Services Finance team in Dubai. The role oversees end‑to‑end Invoice‑to‑Cash processes, focusing on collections, accounts receivable, and dispute resolution for high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage customer collections and open receivables for complex, high‑value accounts.
• Drive negotiation and advanced dispute resolution techniques to influence payment behavior.
• Lead performance management of collection KPIs against Service Level Agreements, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform advanced AR forecasting, trend analysis, and root‑cause analysis to anticipate risks.
• Provide senior‑level oversight and decision‑making for the collections and dispute function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, and dispute management.
• Strong analytical abilities for forecasting, trend, and root‑cause analysis.
• Leadership experience managing a team and driving KPI performance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
