Commander – Dassault Falcon 7X (Dubai)

About the role

ExecuJet Middle East, part of the Luxaviation Group, is seeking an experienced Commander for a Dassault Falcon 7X based in Dubai. The role involves leading flight operations, ensuring safety, and delivering a premium experience for passengers and aircraft owners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all Commander duties in accordance with the Operations Manual and SOPs.
• Liaise with passengers or aircraft owners regarding any defects or operational issues that may affect the schedule.
• Ensure the aircraft is airworthy, paperwork is complete, and all regulatory requirements are met before departure.
• Maintain a safe and professional onboard environment, emphasizing good Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Verify passenger travel documents and brief passengers on flight details, weather, and potential delays.
• Oversee cabin crew conduct and ensure briefings and security checks are performed.
• Report abnormalities, incidents, or accidents through the proper reporting system.
• Promote and support a just management culture and comply with all internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Highly professional and very flexible.
• Team player who works well without supervision and leads by example.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and take proactive decisions.

Required skills

• ATPL with a current type rating on the Dassault Falcon 7X.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 PIC, 2,000 jet hours, and 500 hours on type.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
