Commercial Excellence Project Manager – MEIAT

About the role

The Regional Commercial Excellence Project Manager will be the key liaison between Cartier headquarters and the MEIAT markets, ensuring the smooth rollout and adoption of commercial initiatives across the region. You will work closely with market teams to embed best‑practice tools and programs, while fostering a vibrant commercial community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional referent for Continuous Improvement programs, coordinating implementation and providing feedback to commercial leadership.
• Support boutique teams through training, issue escalation, and governance of improvement initiatives.
• Lead the adoption of Traffic Counting and Match to Traffic tools, tracking deployment, performance and delivering insights for conversion rate improvement.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to leverage traffic data as a driver of business performance.
• Animate the regional commercial community by managing project calendars, road‑maps, communications and facilitating knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular visits to markets and boutiques to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or business school education.
• Experience in retail, commercial excellence, operations or project management.
• Strong project, organisational and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Required skills
