Commercial Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the digital media commercial strategy for Augustus Media in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of paid media campaigns across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the publisher’s digital media commercial strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in local and GCC markets and drive upselling and cross‑selling across client portfolios.
• Lead pricing strategy for media services, ensuring competitive positioning and margin optimisation.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients, negotiating contracts, partnerships and long‑term agreements.
• Provide post‑campaign reports, data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
• Oversee commercial performance of paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other platforms.
• Collaborate with media planners, buyers, account managers and creative teams to align strategies with client objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Commercial Executives and Account Managers.
• Utilise CRM tools to track client acquisition stages and report on revenue forecasts and profitability.
• Stay ahead of digital media trends, introduce innovative commercial models and represent the agency at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy and revenue growth within digital media.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Leadership experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and performance data.
• Familiarity with the GCC media landscape.
