Commercial Sales Director

About the role

Crazy Horse Paris: The Dubai Edition is launching a new luxury entertainment attraction in Dubai and seeks a seasoned Commercial Sales Director to shape and execute its commercial strategy. You will lead ticketing performance, partnerships, and revenue growth from pre‑opening through live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall commercial sales strategy, covering ticket sales, corporate accounts, group bookings, travel trade, OTAs, hotel partnerships, concierge networks, VIP sales and private events.
• Oversee pricing, yield management, ticket allocation and channel mix to maximize occupancy and average spend across multiple shows.
• Build and manage sales channels, commission structures and partner contracts for internal and external sales teams.
• Develop corporate sales, group bookings, full‑venue buyouts and strategic brand partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and reservations to align campaigns, ensure seamless guest experience and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports for senior leadership and set KPIs for the sales team.
• Identify new revenue streams such as VIP packages, dinner‑show bundles, corporate events and premium guest experiences while protecting the luxury brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial leadership, revenue management or business development within hospitality, entertainment, attractions or luxury venues.
• Track record of driving ticket revenue, occupancy and average spend in a pre‑opening or live‑operations environment.
• Strong network with luxury hotels, tourism partners, corporate clients and lifestyle brands.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and reservations teams.
