About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis Chef you will prepare great‑tasting food items while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect all preparations and plates before service to meet presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and sanitary workspace following food‑handling and safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
