About the role

We are seeking motivated Commis Chef candidates to join the Culinary Division at Atlantis The Royal. This is a future‑opportunity posting for full‑time positions in a world‑class luxury resort where you will develop your culinary skills alongside award‑winning chefs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place and assist with food preparation for various outlets (fine dining, buffet, casual venues).
• Set up and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Support the culinary team in plating, garnishing, and timely service.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a high‑end restaurant, hotel, or international food‑and‑beverage operation.
• Solid knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation techniques.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety procedures and local health regulations.
