Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to join our Dubai Silicon Oasis office. The role combines community management, social media oversight, front‑desk reception and daily communication with clients, lawyers, partners and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with our community of lawyers, clients, partners, students and other stakeholders.
• Respond to questions and requests across all communication channels and collect feedback for the team.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity, create and publish posts, monitor engagement and support online community growth.
• Welcome visitors, handle front‑desk duties, answer calls, receive deliveries and ensure a professional office environment.
• Assist with events, campaigns, photo/video content creation and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident, professional appearance and comfortable speaking with clients, lawyers, partners and visitors.
• Experience in community management, social media, customer service, hospitality or reception.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and ability to write clear, engaging posts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to work fully office‑based Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
